How do we play?

It is played in tournament mode (group phase + knockout phase) with a playing time of 12 minutes per game, 6 against 6.
Each team must always have at least 2 women and 2 players over the age of 30 on the pitch.
A maximum of 10 players may be in a team.
The general rules of football apply (without offside), we expect fair play from all participants.
